黃庭堅 [金縷鷓鴣斑，兔毫金絲寶碗] 詩人們曾留下美好的詩詞，宋代建盞留傳至今的茶碗極少。鷓鴣斑一詞到現在還無法定位是哪些紋理所產生的茶碗。
宋代福清窯有一塊黑銀兔毫碗內有一顆顆乳白點的茶碗，實在難以相信詩人們讚美的是那斗大白點所形成的是鷓鴣斑，我們大膽提出新的詮釋。
且不論鷓鴣雄與雌，作者把它歸類為鳥的羽毛。作者所燒出的鷓鴣斑是由一片片的斑紋由上而下有秩序的排列，每一片的色相上部較淡而下部有一圈較深的顏色，就像羽毛一般。片狀的紋理不像油滴有著明顯的光圈。從碗的內面看，放射狀的排列，其實更像一朵花。
